Fairy Train – Interactive Theatre for Children

To celebrate its 50th anniversary, Hans Andersen Club (HAC) has designed a multi-functional fairy train for interactive drama performance and creative games. Based on the fairy tales of Hans Christian Andersen, the club rewrote the stories to fit the development needs of children. Currently, the train is travelling around Kwun Tong and Sham Shui Po district to share joy with children from grass roots families.

Result of Creative Picture Book Competition

HAC invited Mr. & Mrs. C.H. Liao, two famous picture book writers from Taiwan to act as the final judges of the Creative Picture Book Competition. The prize presentation ceremony will be held on August 2013. HAC staff will inform all winners with details.

Cheer for Societe Generale Paddlers

On 25th May 2013, dragon boat paddlers of Societe Generale gathered at Stanley beach for the competition. At the same time, twenty-three children and eleven volunteers from Societe Generale were cheering for them.

Volunteers from Morgan Stanley serving children and outlying islands community

Volunteers from Morgan Stanley cooperate with HAC in various activities between May and July 2013, including creative storytelling workshops, visiting the elderly on Lamma Island and a career plan workshop for Tai O students. These activities benefit service users from different age groups.
