Assistant Accountant
Duty:

- Prepare full set of consolidated financial statements, including monthly statement and account analysis reports; - Perform analysis of budgets, variances and forecast; - Check payment voucher with supporting documents submitted by various service units; - Compile expenditure reports and submit claim to funding bodies; - Payroll calculation and MPF contribution; and - Assist in annual audit.

Requirement:

-HKCEE with 5 Subject pass include Chinese Language, English Language and Mathematics or Level 2 or equivalent or above in 5 subjects including Chinese Language, English Language and Mathematics in the HKDSE.

-Higher Diploma or above in Accounting with LCCI Higher level or ACCA or equivalent qualification.

-Solid experience in management accounting for 5 years or above.

-Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

-Detail-oriented, self-motivated, mature and work independently with minimum supervision.

-Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word and experience in Peachtree is preferred.

-Working experience in NGO will be an advantage.

Salary and Conditions of Service

Salary offered will be commensurate with qualifications and experience. 5-day work week and fringe benefits include leave and training allowance.

Assistant Manager, Fund Raising and Communications
Duty:

Hans Andersen Club is a non-profit making organization which takes children and families as the service target. We are recruiting a proactive, independent and responsible person to fulfil our fund-raising and publicity needs. The appointee will develop and implement strategies and programs on fundraising campaigns, corporate partnership, branding and publicity.

Requirement:

To qualify for this position, the applicant must possess:

·Degree in business, communications, marketing or equivalent

·Minimum three years experience in planning, organising and executing fundraising events of different scales

·Proficiency in written and spoken English and Chinese is a must

·Strong project management, communication and interpersonal skills

·Good PC skills, with proficiency in social media applications

·Abilities in working with various stakeholders and collaborators
